Tender & General Clarifications

  • Amplify Electrical has successfully completed the Master Electricians Quality Assurance Programme and we are certified as Quality Assured Master Electricians New Zealand members. Master Electricians is the only industry organisation for electrical contracting businesses in New Zealand. The Quality Assurance (QA) Programme sets the benchmark for professionalism and workmanship for the electrical contracting industry. We are also proud to share that as part of this certification, we provide a $20,000 workmanship guarantee.
     

  • Amplify Electrical Electrical NZ Limited is committed to the safety and well-being of all its employees and subcontractors. All staff subcontractors working onsite have completed Site Safe training and all legal safety standards and the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 will be adhered to
     

Exclusions & Disclaimers
 

  • Should there be any delays outside of Amplify Electrical’s control that impact the project timeline, including delays between quote issued and acceptance of quote with deposit paid; then pricing of material is subject to change (as per Terms of Trade);
     

  • Client changes, resulting in redundant work or rework would be added to the fee advised. Changes to documentation will be carried out on a pre-approved, time and expense basis only;
     

  • Delays caused that are outside Amplify Electrical’s control that results in lost work or hireage fees;
     

  • Changes due to unclear Customer-provided construction documents or instruction;
     

  • Quote does not include any work on switchboards or additional electrical work;
     

  • Additional electrical work provided for the new circuit is required and will need to be on an RCD installed at the switchboard. This is a minimum standard to meet electrical requirements (charge-up basis). If you would like this quoted before we install, we will need to do this on-site and will cost a $150.00 + GST;
     

  • Does not include an ongoing service agreement (which can be supplied as a separate quote);
     

  • Price only allows for back-to-back installation. This will be confirmed when assessing the site for install;
     

  • Customer agrees to provide Amplify Electrical with free access to the work area and a safe working environment;
     

  • Subject upon each particular site, and/or the following;
     

  • Testing may be required if suspected of being asbestos. If asbestos is found 3rd party contractor will be required to cut appropriately;
     

  • Builders costs for repairing any building element that needs to be deconstructed that is essential to the prescribed electrical work;
     

  • Client changes, resulting in redundant work or rework would be additional to the fee advised. Changes will be carried out on a pre-approved, time and expense basis only;
     

  • Delays caused that are outside Amplify Electrical’s control that results in lost work or hireage fees;
     

  • Should there be any delays outside of Amplify Electrical’s control that impact the project timeline; then the pricing of material is subject to change (as per Terms of Trade);
     

  • Changes due to unclear Customer-provided construction documents or instruction;
     

  • Exclusive of general disbursements to include communications, travel and documentation.
